Product Information
We aim to display products accurately on our Site including the colors, sizes, and details of the products. However, the actual color and details you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors, sizes, and details.
The inclusion of any product on our Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that the product will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and confirm product information, including availability, before making your purchase. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you and reimburse any payment you have made for the product.
Pricing and Descriptions
We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information on our Site, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing. If your order is cancelled due to an error, we will attempt to contact you and refund any payment already processed for the cancelled order.
We attempt to describe our products as accurately as possible, but some product descriptions are provided by the manufacturer and we cannot be responsible for their accuracy. We make no warranties or representations regarding the use, value, quality or results from any products purchased on our Site. If you require additional information, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Process and Delivery
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase which, if accepted by us, will result in a legally binding contract. Your order will be deemed accepted by us upon processing payment for the order. Before this time, we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and an order number for future reference. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We will send a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, at which point our contract for the sale of goods has been made. Ownership of the goods transfers to you on our receipt of full payment.
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order according to estimated delivery times on our Site. Delivery dates given on the checkout page, order confirmation, or anywhere else on our Site are estimates only. We cannot accept liability for any delays in delivering the order.
In the event of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to update you on the delivery status of your order. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will aim to notify you and provide a refund for the unavailable product as soon as reasonably possible.
International Delivery
We currently only deliver products within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to international addresses at this time.
Returns and Exchanges

Payments
All payments must be made in British Pounds. We accept payment methods displayed on our checkout page. We will charge your payment method at the time you place your order.
We use third party payment providers to process payments on our Site. All payment data is stored by, and transactions processed via, the third party payment provider. We do not directly store your payment data.
Discounts and Promotional Offers
Promotional codes and discounts can only be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively. Promotional codes are single use only and limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed violating these terms regarding promotional codes and discounts.
We may run promotions offering percentage or cash discounts on certain products from time to time. These discounts apply to the original retail price of the products, not any sale prices. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts on single products.
When a promotional offer or discount code states it is limited to one use per customer, this means the offer is limited to one use per customer email address or billing details. We reserve the right to cancel orders and deactivate accounts of any customers who circumvent this limit on use of offers.
Free delivery promotions apply only to standard delivery charges unless otherwise stated and exclude oversized items which incur surcharges.
We reserve the right to end, remove, modify or cancel any discounts and promotional offers at any time. No rain checks will be provided if promotional offers have expired at the time of your order or are unavailable at the time of your order.
Reviews and Product Ratings
If you submit a product rating or review, you confirm and agree that it reflects your honest opinion and experience using the product. Reviews and ratings are managed by a third party provider and we cannot amend or remove reviews without permission of the reviewer.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether any review or rating is appropriate or violates any laws or policies. We may remove any reviews that contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content.
Copyright and Trademarks
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code and software, as well as the selection and arrangement of content is the exclusive property of Relife Ltd and its licensors and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
The trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, product names and logos (the “Marks”) displayed on our Site are our registered and unregistered Marks and the property of Relife Ltd. or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any material contained on the Site without our express written permission is strictly prohibited.

If you post, upload, input, provide or submit your personal data to us, for example user generated content or in order to join a discussion forum or social networking service on our Site, it is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly display, reproduce and distribute such content.
